For Ganddee invites to count, they need to be sent to friends who don't already have a Ganddee account. When they click your link and create a new account, it adds to your invite counter.

If the invite is sent to someone who’s already on the app (or if you click on someone else's invite since having already an account), it won't count - and that's probably why it doesn’t seem to work.
